LOVE your Jabberwok solos! I had 3 students play them as required pieces for our 2025 Festival. A week before the Festival, at our recital, I had 9 students play the 9 solos and do a Presentation, which had raving reviews from the parents and audience. At a recital, not all students enjoy announcing their piece using a microphone, but they all enjoyed their paragraph, reading some of the poem and talking about it. That alone is a lesson in Musicianship. Along with Trios, Duets and Solos for the non-Jabberwok students, the program was entitled "Not Your Ordinary Piano Recital".
